Using biomedical intervention and specific therapies, his voice came back to us! He has traveled from severely autistic to high-functioning. It is a long and winding road with many twists and curves. It is no easy path. But the first time he was able to say "I love you Mommy," when medical mainstream doctors had told us it would never happen has made the journey more than worth it.
